Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead and oversee complex SAP implementations and transformations across various business units at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including risk management strategies, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
- Lead project status meetings and provide regular updates to executive leadership on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and methodologies for project management and SAP solutions.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP implementations and transformations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale SAP projects across multiple business functions.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules, including but not limited to SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP Fiori.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Experience with agile project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in change management practices and tools.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote collaboration with in-person engagement.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep expertise in SAP landscape management, configuration, and integration.
- Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud and Business Intelligence tools.
- Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions and digital transformation strategies.
