Role Overview
As a Junior SAP Architect at [$COMPANY_NAME], you will play a vital role in supporting our SAP implementation and integration projects. Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and implementation of SAP solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop and document architecture designs, including system landscapes, data models, and integration strategies.
- Support the configuration and customization of SAP modules while ensuring alignment with project scope and timelines.
- Participate in testing activities to validate system functionality and performance, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and post-go-live phases.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience with SAP systems, including knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, or similar.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Basic experience with programming languages such as ABAP or SQL.
Preferred:
- Internship or project experience related to SAP implementation.
- Familiarity with integration tools and techniques, including SAP PI/PO or SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and services related to SAP solutions.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Basic understanding of SAP architecture, including system landscapes and data flow.
- Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with tools for documenting architecture designs, such as Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart.
