Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Sample Checker to oversee the quality assurance processes for our product samples. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all samples meet regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks, while leading a team of quality assurance professionals dedicated to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sample checking process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for sample checking to enhance reliability and efficiency
- Conduct thorough inspections and evaluations of samples, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions
- Mentor and train team members on quality assurance best practices and methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of sample checks, ensuring traceability and accountability
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or related field, with a focus on sample checking
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and quality standards applicable to sample checking
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive quality improvement initiatives
Preferred:
- Experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment, with knowledge of testing methodologies
- Certifications in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) are a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools for data analysis
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality control methodologies
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
