Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead our quality assurance team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of managing QA processes in an agile development environment
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Preferred:
- Experience with performance and security testing
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Certification in quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium)
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI)
