Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sales roles

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to influence decisions
Preferred:

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

- Familiarity with using data analytics tools to track recruitment metrics
