Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience in a safety coordination role or similar position
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve safety performance
- Certification in safety management or a related field (e.g., CSP, COSS)
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Familiarity with incident reporting software and safety management systems
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience using safety management software tools
- Knowledge of emergency response planning and risk assessment methodologies
