Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Safety to lead our organization in establishing and maintaining high safety standards across all operational areas. In this executive role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive safety strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of safety that prioritizes the well-being of all employees and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce a robust safety strategy aligned with organizational goals, ensuring adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in safety management, risk management, or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership in safety initiatives.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful safety programs in large-scale operations.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret safety data and drive data-driven decision-making.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar.
