Responsibilities
Testing and Validation:

Team Leadership:

Process Improvement:

- Participate in risk assessments and mitigation strategies related to testing and validation activities.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in robotics testing, automation, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading testing operations.
- Strong understanding of robotic systems, sensors, and control algorithms.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar, for developing automated testing scripts.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, including statistical process control.
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role within a robotics or automation environment.
- Familiarity with ISO, IEC, and other relevant standards related to robotics and automation.
- Advanced degree in Robotics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using robotic simulation software and diagnostic tools.
- Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing and real-time simulation.
- Knowledge of embedded systems and IoT connectivity in robotics.
