Role Overview
We are looking for a visionary Director of Robotics Engineering to lead our team in pioneering cutting-edge robotics solutions. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in robotics engineering or related fields, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Extensive knowledge of robotic systems design, control algorithms, and automation technologies.
- Experience in project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on agile practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with collaborative robotics (cobots) and autonomous systems.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and AI applications in robotics.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful R&D initiatives.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep expertise in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java, with experience in robotics middleware (e.g., ROS).
- Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., Gazebo, V-REP) and CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Understanding of sensor technologies, including LIDAR, cameras, and IMUs.
- Experience with real-time operating systems and embedded systems.
