Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Grading Supervisor to oversee the grading process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and accreditation standards related to grading and assessment.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Assessment, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in grading, assessment, or evaluation roles.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and processes.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience with online grading systems and assessment technologies.
- Familiarity with accreditation processes and standards in education.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel or Tableau.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and grading software.
- Knowledge of assessment methodologies and best practices in education.
