Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Grader Supervisor to lead and enhance our grading operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the grading team, ensuring quality standards are met, and implementing efficient grading processes. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily grading operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational protocols.
- Develop and implement grading procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate grading staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and improve overall grading performance.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and provide feedback to ensure grading consistency.
- Analyze grading metrics and prepare reports for management to inform decision-making.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a grading or quality control role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of grading standards and quality assurance methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively and drive operational improvements.
Preferred:
- Experience in training and developing staff in grading techniques and procedures.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and software for performance tracking.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in grading software and quality management systems.
- Ability to utilize data analysis tools for performance metrics and reporting.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.

Location
