Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to join our healthcare team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining high standards of patient care. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development among team members.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing feedback and guidance to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies, conducting regular audits and assessments.
- Develop and implement nursing protocols and procedures to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and address any clinical issues.
- Facilitate training and professional development opportunities for nursing staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Act as a liaison between nursing staff and management, advocating for resources and support as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in the applicable state.
- 5+ years of nursing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and quality assurance standards.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field.
- Experience in remote management or telehealth services.
- Certification in nursing leadership or management.
