Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish evidence-based practices that improve patient care and safety.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements, maintaining the organization's reputation for excellence in care delivery.
- Monitor and analyze clinical performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing action plans accordingly.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current RN licensure and certification as a Nurse Executive (NE-BC) or equivalent.
- 10+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, operational management, and quality improvement initiatives.
Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare system undergoing transformation or significant change.
- PhD in Nursing or related field.
- Strong understanding of healthcare policy and regulatory requirements.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and data analytics tools.
- Experience with quality measurement and improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with telehealth technologies and their integration into patient care.
