Role Overview

- Act as a point of contact for escalated customer issues and develop solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of retail management experience, including supervisory roles
- Strong understanding of business operations, sales techniques, and customer service principles
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive work environment
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- Experience with inventory management systems and performance analytics tools
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
