Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Retail Operations Manager to support our retail operations team in optimizing store performance and enhancing customer experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational strategies, drive efficiency, and ensure adherence to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of operational policies and procedures that align with our retail strategy
- Monitor store performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive improvement
- Support inventory management processes, ensuring accurate stock levels and effective replenishment
- Coordinate training programs for retail staff to uphold service excellence and operational standards
- Facilitate communication between stores and corporate teams to relay feedback and operational challenges
- Participate in the planning and execution of promotional activities, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in retail operations or management
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and drive strategic initiatives
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- Experience with inventory management systems and operational analytics tools
- Familiarity with visual merchandising standards and practices
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in data analysis tools and retail management software
- Knowledge of inventory control systems and point-of-sale (POS) technologies
- Experience with workforce management software
