Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Assistant District Manager to support our district operations and drive excellence across multiple locations. In this role, you will work closely with the District Manager to ensure that operational goals are met, employee engagement is fostered, and customer satisfaction is prioritized. Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support the District Manager in executing strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and drive growth
- Lead and mentor store managers to achieve sales targets and improve team performance through coaching and development
- Analyze operational metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness
- Participate in recruitment, training, and onboarding processes, ensuring that new hires are aligned with company culture and values
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of retail management experience, with a proven track record in driving operational excellence
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in multi-unit management and knowledge of retail operations best practices
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and point-of-sale technologies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools
- Experience with retail management software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
