Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in retail operations management, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale operational change initiatives
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in multi-channel retail environments
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Familiarity with retail technology solutions such as point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in retail management systems and tools, including ERP and CRM software
