Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Retail Operations to lead and optimize our retail operations across multiple locations. This role is pivotal in shaping operational strategies that enhance customer experiences while driving efficiency and profitability within our retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to streamline retail processes, enhance productivity, and improve customer satisfaction.

- Analyze performance metrics and market trends to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of retail operations.
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and finance teams to optimize inventory management and promotional strategies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in retail operations, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and managing large teams.
- Strong understanding of retail metrics and experience with data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in a multi-channel retail environment, including e-commerce integration.
- Advanced degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with retail management software and tools.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
