Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Restaurant Manager to oversee and optimize operations across multiple locations within a designated region. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant management or multi-unit operations, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and profitability.
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across various locations.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience in implementing successful training programs and operational strategies within a multi-unit environment.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and operational reports.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and labor scheduling tools.
