Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in food service management, with a proven track record of leadership in a multi-unit environment.

- Expertise in culinary trends, dietary restrictions, and nutrition with a focus on sustainability.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including executives, staff, and customers.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience with food service technology platforms and data analytics tools.
- Proven experience in a high-growth or turnaround environment.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
