Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Restaurant Operations to lead our culinary and operational initiatives across multiple locations. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, enhancing guest experiences, and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all restaurant locations.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of restaurant managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee budget management, financial performance, and cost control measures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular operational audits and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative menus and optimize food quality and presentation.
- Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and operational adjustments, focusing on key performance metrics.
- Drive training and development programs to elevate team performance and ensure adherence to company standards.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in restaurant operations, with a strong track record of leadership and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multi-unit operations and driving performance improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, compliance, and quality assurance standards.
- Exceptional financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and analyzing financial reports.
Preferred:
