Role Overview
As the General Manager of our restaurant, you will be the driving force behind operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of culinary and service professionals to deliver outstanding dining experiences

- Foster a positive work environment through training, mentorship, and performance management
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and the local community
- Analyze financial reports to identify trends and inform decision-making for sales growth
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions
- Proven track record of achieving operational goals and driving revenue growth
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience in upscale dining or a high-volume restaurant setting
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
