Role Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Regional Fast Food Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations. In this pivotal role, you will ensure excellence in service delivery, operational efficiency, and team leadership, driving both financial performance and customer satisfaction while adhering to our core brand values.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a diverse team of restaurant managers, providing coaching and mentorship to drive performance and career development.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with corporate objectives, focusing on increasing sales and profitability across the region.
- Conduct regular site visits and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with company standards and operational excellence.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, optimize costs, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of customer service excellence and employee engagement, implementing best practices to enhance guest experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and human resources to ensure a seamless operational flow.
- Manage regional budgets, forecasting needs, and ensuring proper allocation of resources.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in multi-unit management within the fast-food or quick-service restaurant industry.
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence teams across various locations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience in a franchise environment or working with franchise partners.
- Familiarity with digital tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and workforce management tools.
- Ability to leverage data analytics tools to drive operational decisions.
- Experience in implementing health and safety standards and compliance regulations in food service.
