Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our healthcare team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT).
- Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field.
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred:
- Experience in critical care settings or with specialized populations (e.g., pediatrics, geriatrics).
- Advanced certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS).
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation software.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in the use of respiratory therapy equipment such as ventilators, CPAP, and BiPAP devices.
- Understanding of medical gas therapy and airway management techniques.
- Experience with data analysis for patient outcomes and reporting.
