Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Property Manager to join our team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in property management or a related customer service role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Previous experience with lease agreements and tenant relations.
- Experience with financial reporting and budgeting.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio).
- Proficient in using office productivity tools, including spreadsheets and databases.
