Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Regional Resident Manager who will oversee the operational efficiency and resident satisfaction of multiple properties within a defined region. You will play a key role in fostering a positive community atmosphere while ensuring that the properties are managed in alignment with our organizational goals and standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned residential properties, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction within the community
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality standards are met and maintained
- Oversee property budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation to optimize operational performance
- Collaborate with maintenance and service teams to address resident concerns in a timely manner
- Recruit, train, and manage on-site staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in property management or a related field
- Strong understanding of residential property operations, financial management, and tenant relations
- Proven track record of enhancing resident satisfaction and operational efficiency
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field
- Experience with property management software and tools
- Real estate license or certification in property management
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio)
- Strong analytical skills for budgeting and financial reporting
- Ability to leverage technology for improved communication and operational efficiency
