Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1-3 years of experience in property management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management software
Preferred:
- Experience working with residential properties
- Real estate license or relevant certifications are a plus
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, etc.)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles related to property management
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems
