Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in residence life or student affairs
- Demonstrated experience in staff supervision and development
- Strong understanding of student development theory and its application
- Proven ability to handle crisis situations and implement effective conflict resolution strategies
Preferred:
- Experience with program assessment and data-driven decision making
- Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in a higher education context
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation
