Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Participate in on-call duty rotations to respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely manner.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Student Affairs, Higher Education, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in residential life or student leadership roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse student population.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity within a residential setting.
- Knowledge of student development theories and practices.
- Familiarity with programming and event planning within a higher education context.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
