Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Remedy Architect to join our dynamic team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in BMC Remedy administration and architecture, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Deep understanding of ITIL principles and their application in service management.
- Experience with integrating Remedy with other ITSM tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience with Remedy on Cloud (RoC) and related cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript, SQL, or Python for customization and automation.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, BMC Remedy certifications) are a plus.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in BMC Remedy AR System, ITSM, Change Management, Incident Management, and Service Request Management modules.
- Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and data modeling.
- Knowledge of integration methods such as REST APIs, web services, and middleware.
