Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Siebel Architect to lead the design and implementation of our Siebel CRM solutions. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of Siebel architecture and best practices to drive system enhancements that align with our strategic business objectives. Your technical leadership will be essential in guiding cross-functional teams through the complexities of Siebel integrations and customizations.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design high-quality Siebel solutions that meet business needs while ensuring scalability and maintainability
- Lead the implementation of Siebel CRM enhancements and integrations with third-party systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and develop project plans
- Provide mentorship to development teams on Siebel best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the development lifecycle
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex issues, implementing solutions to optimize functionality
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in Siebel CRM architecture and implementation
- Expertise in Siebel tools, including configuration, scripting, and integration techniques
- Strong understanding of relational databases and experience with SQL
- Proven track record of leading complex Siebel projects from inception to deployment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Preferred:
- Experience with Siebel Cloud and integration with cloud-based solutions
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments
- Relevant Siebel certifications
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep expertise in Siebel CRM architecture, including EAI, EIM, and workflows
- Familiarity with web services, APIs, and middleware technologies
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Siebel applications
