Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in surveying, civil engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in surveying with a strong background in project management and leadership.
- Valid professional surveying license and demonstrated knowledge of surveying principles and practices.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale surveying projects successfully.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and advanced surveying technologies.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in surveying software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, or similar.
- Proficient in the use of surveying equipment including total stations, GPS, and laser scanning technology.
- Strong understanding of construction and land development processes.
