Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in land surveying, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects and teams.
- Professional Surveyor (PS) license or equivalent certification in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Extensive knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
Preferred:
- Experience with advanced surveying technologies such as LiDAR, UAVs, or 3D scanning.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainable surveying practices.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in surveying software and tools, including but not limited to AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS applications.
- Expertise in GPS, total stations, and other modern surveying instruments.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools to enhance project reporting and decision-making.
