Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC management or a related field, with a track record of successful project execution
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and regulations
- Proven experience in leading and developing technical teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
- Valid HVAC certification and a driver’s license
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience with energy management systems and sustainable HVAC technologies
- Proficiency in HVAC design software and project management tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in HVAC design, installation, and maintenance, including familiarity with ASHRAE standards
- Proficient in using HVAC software tools for load calculations and system design
- Experience with building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
