Recruiter Cover Letter Examples

Dear Ms. Johnson,

I am excited to apply for the Recruiter position at Google. With a strong passion for connecting talent with opportunity and a proven track record in recruitment strategies, I am eager to contribute to Google’s mission of organizing the world’s information and making it universally accessible and useful.

In my previous role at TalentBridge, I successfully managed the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical positions, reducing the time-to-fill by 30% through the implementation of targeted sourcing strategies and leveraging data analytics. I collaborated with hiring managers to understand their needs and built strong relationships with candidates, resulting in a 90% satisfaction rate from both parties. My experience with applicant tracking systems, such as Greenhouse and Lever, has equipped me with the tools to streamline processes and enhance candidate experiences.

I am particularly drawn to Google’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, which aligns with my professional values. I have led initiatives to attract underrepresented talent and foster inclusive hiring practices, contributing to a more diverse workforce. I am excited about the opportunity to bring my expertise in talent acquisition to Google, where I can help build teams that reflect the diverse world we live in and drive innovation.

I would love the opportunity to discuss how my skills and experiences align with the goals of Google. Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to the possibility of contributing to your team.

Sincerely,
Emily Carter
