Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or completed a degree in Recreation Management, Physical Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with children, youth, and adults in recreational settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred:
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within recreational programs.
