Role Overview
We are seeking an Associate Quality Systems Manager to join our dynamic quality assurance team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Provide training and support to staff on quality processes and best practices
- Lead initiatives to evaluate and improve existing quality systems and processes
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, life sciences, or quality management)
- 2+ years of experience in quality systems management, preferably within a regulated industry
- Knowledge of quality management standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
Preferred:
- Experience with auditing processes and regulatory compliance
- Certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
- Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and quality control techniques
- Experience with document control systems and electronic quality management systems (eQMS)
