Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate QA Manager to join our quality assurance team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality standards are incorporated from the outset.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies.
- Experience leading QA efforts in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality products.
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Preferred:
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience with test case management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# for test automation is a plus.
