Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Proven experience in leading QA teams and driving quality improvement initiatives
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience with Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG
- Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar
- Experience with scripting languages for test automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of database management and testing tools (e.g., SQL, Postman)
