Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Solar Installation Supervisor to lead our team in delivering high-quality solar energy solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of solar systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing installation processes for efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate solar installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Lead a team of installation technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed installation plans, including material and labor estimates.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding solar installations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- OSHA certification and other relevant safety training certifications.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in solar installation techniques, including rooftop and ground-mounted systems.
