Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychiatric Technician Supervisor to lead our team in providing high-quality care to patients facing mental health challenges. Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of psychiatric technicians, providing mentorship and guidance to enhance team performance and professional development.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Associate's degree in psychiatric technology or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in psychiatric care, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Certification as a Psychiatric Technician or equivalent credentials.
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams and effectively communicate with patients and their families.
- Knowledge of mental health treatment modalities and crisis intervention strategies.
Preferred:
- Experience in a clinical setting within a behavioral health organization.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation practices.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in mental health services.
