Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Lead Mental Health Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the implementation of therapeutic programs and support mental health professionals in providing exceptional care to individuals in need. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Associate's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a mental health support role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
- Experience with crisis intervention techniques and de-escalation strategies
- Knowledge of community resources and support services for mental health
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and reporting
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital mental health tools
- Basic understanding of data privacy regulations related to mental health records
