Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
Preferred:
- Experience working in a mental health setting or direct client care
- Certification in First Aid/CPR or Mental Health First Aid
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using EHR systems for documenting client interactions and progress
- Basic knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
- Familiarity with mental health assessment tools and client management software
