Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychiatric Technology, Nursing, Psychology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a psychiatric care setting, with 1+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Certification as a Psychiatric Technician (CPT) or similar credential
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a clinical setting
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and patient management software
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR software
- Ability to leverage data and analytics for quality improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with telehealth technologies and protocols
