Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- PhD or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in higher education, including experience in academic administration
- Proven track record of fostering collaborative relationships with faculty, staff, and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of current trends and challenges in higher education
Preferred:
- Experience in curriculum development and program assessment
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformational change within an academic environment
- Experience with accreditation processes and standards
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis and educational assessment methodologies
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology
- Strong familiarity with budgeting and financial management in an academic setting
