Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Assistant Dean to join our academic leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Dean in the administration, development, and implementation of academic programs and policies, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for our students. Responsibilities
- Assist the Dean in formulating and executing academic strategies that align with the institution's mission and goals.

- Facilitate academic advising and support services to promote student success and retention.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in a relevant field; terminal degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in higher education administration, with a focus on academic program development.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of current trends and issues in higher education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience in a senior academic leadership role.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
