Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant process improvement methodologies, including certification.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Experience in a senior leadership role within a large organization.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks and tools.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
