Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations analysis, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
Preferred:
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and certifications (e.g., Green Belt or Black Belt).
- Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in data analytics and process mapping tools.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
- Understanding of process automation technologies and software.
