Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Process Analyst to join our dynamic team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities
- Assist in mapping and documenting current business processes using process mapping tools
- Gather and analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide insights into process design
- Support the development and maintenance of process documentation and standard operating procedures
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of strategic recommendations
- Assist in the training of team members on new processes and tools
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, or a related role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Preferred:
- Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to support decision-making
- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with process improvement software and tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages is a plus
