Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Process Manager to join our dynamic team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- 1+ years of experience in process management or a related role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with process mapping tools and methodologies
Preferred:
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment
- Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Basic understanding of project management software and tools
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel or similar
- Familiarity with workflow management applications is a plus
