Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Process Improvement to lead our initiatives in optimizing operational processes across the organization. Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and analyzing process inefficiencies, utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to design and implement robust solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to instill a culture of continuous improvement and empower employees at all levels to engage in process optimization.
- Establish process performance metrics, monitor progress, and report results to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize process improvement initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Champion change management practices to ensure successful adoption of new processes and sustain improvements over time.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related fields, with a proven track record of driving significant performance improvements.
- Expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, including certification as a Black Belt or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving collaborative initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Preferred:
