Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes and enhance the overall patient experience
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant or relevant experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a clinical environment, specifically supporting podiatric or orthopedic practices
- Strong understanding of podiatric terminology and procedures
Preferred:
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and data management
- Certification in CPR and first aid
- Basic knowledge of foot and ankle pathology and treatment
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using medical software for scheduling and patient management
- Familiarity with instrumentation and sterilization protocols
- Ability to utilize telehealth technologies to support remote patient consultations
