Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Chief of Podiatry to lead our innovative podiatric practice, dedicated to advancing foot and ankle health through cutting-edge treatment methodologies and comprehensive patient care. Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction of the podiatry department, aligning clinical practices with organizational goals and patient needs.
- Oversee the development and implementation of evidence-based protocols and standards for podiatric care.
- Mentor and support podiatric professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages professional growth and excellence in patient care.
- Conduct regular assessments of clinical practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering high-quality patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance telehealth services and expand access to podiatric care.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- D.O. or M.D. degree with a specialization in Podiatry from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Podiatry with a minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex cases and implementing innovative treatments in podiatric medicine.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards, with experience in telemedicine practices.
Preferred:
- Experience in a remote healthcare setting or leading a remote team of healthcare professionals.
- Published research or contributions to the field of podiatric medicine.
- Proven ability to drive change and implement best practices in clinical settings.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
- Ability to utilize data analytics to inform clinical decision-making and improve patient care.
